Classes
Rooted in the dynamic tradition of Ashtanga yoga, my classes offer a blend of styles shaped by my many years of practicing yoga. In my classes you'll find a thoughtful fusion of Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa, creating a well rounded and accessible practice for all levels.
Each session is designed to meet you where you are. With plenty of options and variations throughout the class, you're encouraged to listen to your body and adapt your practice to suit how you are feeling on any given day. Whether you are seeking strength, flexibility or a moment of stillness, you'll find it all on your yoga mat.

Meet Jill
Hi, I'm Jill Murrell, a yoga teacher based in beautiful East Lothian, Scotland. I offer yoga classes at The Yoga Den, East Linton and The Bleachingfield Centre, Dunbar.
With many years of personal practice behind me, I'm passionate about sharing yoga and its many benefits with others. My classes are informal, welcoming and relaxed - designed to help you feel completely at ease on your mat, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years. The emphasis in my classes is on how yoga feels rather than what it looks like.
